2. Message Frequency and Rates
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on campaign activity, local developments, and election timelines.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply to any text messages sent or received in connection with this program. These charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider according to your standard wireless plan. The Kirby 4 Sheriff campaign is not responsible for any mobile communication fees incurred.
3. How to Opt Out (Stop Messages)
You maintain complete control over your mobile communications and can discontinue receiving text messages from our campaign at any time.
To cancel service: Reply STOP to any mobile message you receive from the campaign.
After texting STOP, you will receive one single text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Following this confirmation, no further text messages will be sent to your mobile number unless you explicitly request to opt back in.
